Capital Property Funds wanted to transform their multi-storey tenancy into two distinct office space displays suites to attract commercial tenants.
Urban Group was tasked with creating two distinct office spaces for Capital Property Funds to showcase their multi-storey tenancy. The tenancy features curved walls, timber screening, patterned feature walls, feature paint and feature carpet. Level 8 of the tenancy was a complex design challenge, due to its unique shape. On level 9, we had to integrate our design with much of the existing fitout, taking care to match new finishes with the old.
