Building owners, ReGrow, wanted to create an attractive display suite with unique, stand out features to attract prospective commercial tenants and lease out the space quickly.
ReGrow wanted to showcase the potential of their lettable space using a variety of stand out design features. The primary feature of the tenancy is the miniature golf course, which adds a whimsical and unique selling point for prospective tenants. The space also features black ceiling in the kitchen and curved walls with feature paint in reception. Light timber and black accent furnishings were used throughout to create a sense of contrast. The space was accentuated with polished concrete flooring and feature lighting.
