Our client Cape Bouvard handed us a brief to create a display suit that had wow factor and presented strongly to future potential tenants.
Urban was tasked by our client to make two tenancies feel and look different, to help attract a wider variety of future tenants. With modern reception areas that spill out to the open workstation area, free-flowing spaces and glazing that allows natural light to filter through the entire space, combined with greenery to enhance a feeling of calm, these spaces facilitate an uplifting feel on first inspection.
