Common Areas, Level 4, 110 Eagle Street

Urban transformed the male and female amenities across three floors within the Brisbane property of 110 Eagle to create a palette that was modern yet timeless. The bathrooms adopt a monochromatic look and feel through dark stone look toilet partitions and light grey stone benchtops with round above counter basins and matte black fixtures. This is accompanied by a tiled, mosaic feature wall and glamorous feature lighting.

The lift lobby was also refurbished as part of the common area works. The use of timber look laminated panelling and concrete-look tiles creates a light, welcoming entrance and exit for visitors and staff.

The office space was previously re-designed by Urban Group as part of an overhaul office fitout project.
