Modern style and textural flourishings for an office fit out on Brisbane's Eagle Street Pier.

Urban Group led a grand design transformation for Tenancy B, Level 7, 110 Eagle Street, working alongside the property’s landlord. The space has been transitioned from an empty floor, in a cold shell state to a beautifully-considered, textural office fit-out.

The hallmark of this space is the black slats and recessed lighting that features within the board room and work area. It creates a modern, industrial feel that is visually striking upon entry. The patterned feature carpet and geometric wallpaper also add a layer of visual elation to an otherwise functional office space. Workbenches include flexible screening and storage to ensure tenants are able to hone the workspace into their desired structure.

The fit-out features unique touches including the banquette seating customer joinery. Stepping into the kitchen is a terrazzo benchtop, marble mosaic splashback and black heritage bar glazing. The curved bar bench creates an open and welcoming area that optimises space for multiple diners. The entire area is tied in with acoustic panelling and decorative screening.
