Cape Bouvard wanted to create an enticing, boutique office display suite showcasing the potential of their generous lettable tenancy.
Originally a full floor tenancy, the fifth level was split into two available tenancies, with one of these functioning as a display suite for the remaining space of the floor. Working closely with our client and leasing agent, Urban Group transformed the top floor tenancy into a boutique office display. The space showcases a large, bright, and open breakout space, along with a substantial workstation area to maximise interactions between future staff. Deep green tones occur throughout the work environment, alongside golden accents to bring a sense of calmness and elegance to the space.
