Urban Group converted the small, modest tenancy of 110 Eagle Street into a sophisticated and moody boutique office fit-out. Urban’s cleverly designed layout optimises space and creates a deceptive openness to an otherwise limited space.

This full floor is one of two tenancies on Level 7 completed for the landlord. Urban have created a contemporary environment head to toe, from the textural feature carpet through to the black slatted ceiling.

The teal wall with slated acoustic panelling creates a vivid statement from the very entrance. This is coupled with black heritage bar glazing throughout the office design to encourage light and space. Custom lighting brings a touch of elegance to the boardrooms. The kitchen is simple and functional with boutique flair added through marble mosaic splash backs and a terrazzo benchtop. The custom joinery on banquette seating and screening provides a bespoke touch to the office fit-out.
