Level 4, 110 Eagle Street

Overlooking the river, Level 4 110 Eagle Street saw a face-lift to encourage new tenancy. Urban worked with the office landlord to provide a brand new office fitout which better reflected its potential in such a prime location.

The space is functional yet combines a blend of earthy wooden tones and vegetation to create a warm, natural atmosphere. The use of stone bench tops, velvet upholstery and golden trimmings adds a layer of finesse and sophistication to the layout.

From floor to ceiling the space has unique, decorative features including geometric wallpaper, mosaic splash-backs and laminated slats on the ceiling.

The office fitout also included an upgrade to existing amenities and the lift lobby to ensure a premium aesthetic from the moment you leave the elevator.
