Transport House, Tenancy C
A full-floor contemporary transformation reflective of its heritage surroundings
The third and final display suite within Transport House was inspired by a balance of contemporary professionalism and the cultural surroundings of Fortitude Valley.
Starting with a blank canvas, Urban worked with the landlord to transform Tenancy C into a bespoke and distinguished office.
The space reflects the traditional underground train station through concrete textured paint, tiled walls and polished concrete flooring. The decorative lighting has an industrial feel sitting above the tiled walls. The moody ambience is furthered by exposed ceilings that tie in the rough culture of the Valley location.
The herringbone timber look flooring introduces a traditional feel to the space and the spacious board rooms are accompanied by dark green feature walls. Decorative screening with textural feature glass panels separate the board rooms and desks from bar-style dining.
A balanced space that is well considered and finessed.
