The brief for this fitout included creating an industrial look that worked with the unique heritage features of the building. Textural carpet, exposed ceilings, brickwork and timber add warmth to the black, metal and concrete elements in the space for a balanced appearance that’s not too clinical. A textural feature carpet with “grassy” accents adds another organic touch to the space.

Acoustic curtains were added to the screening room to create a “cinematic vibe” while also enabling a multi-purpose space.

Ergonomic sit/stand workstations were used along with plenty of breakout areas to create a space ideal for collaboration and employee wellbeing. Custom joinery was also used throughout to make the most of the space.
