Creating a unique turnkey fitout solution for a state of the art building at 8 Gardner Close, Milton.

We designed a turnkey fitout solution for a state of the art building in Milton, built by Quintessential Equity.

Giving the office a ‘wow factor’ element was a priority for the space, to set the location apart from competition. This was achieved through two custom-designed graffiti-style artworks which were used in both the reception and kitchen, featuring items that connected with the Milton area (such as the XXXX brewery and tennis centre). These murals worked especially well with the black exposed ceiling, polished concrete flooring and festoon lighting which gave the kitchen and breakout area an outdoor and open feel.

Simple, white workstations were used to give the illusion of space and appeal to a broad customer base. Pops of colour were also used in areas that could easily be changed by the future tenant as a way to showcase the potential without limiting the flexibility of the space.
