Mezzanine, 110 Eagle Street

Urban Group led the transformation of this untenanted space into an opulent and bespoke mezzanine floor. From it’s exceptional vantage point on the top level of 110 Eagle Street, the resulting fit out is deceptively simple, richly layered and cleverly designed.

The open-plan and natural light-focused design is interlaced with premium finishes, including custom joinery, VJ panelling, decorative screening and wallpaper. To balance traditional features against a contemporary style, black heritage bar glazing and bespoke pendant lights were coupled with a terrazzo kitchen splash back, carpet tile planks and luxury vinyl tiles.

Urban Group also upgraded two existing ambulant toilets and one PWD bathroom to maximise accessibility and ease.
