Urban Group was tasked with upgrading and refreshing this existing tenancy, without making any structural changes to the property.

Seeking a minimalistic and enduring finish, a neutral palette was supplemented with dark accents and painted feature walls. The inclusion of contemporary artwork and elaborate wallpaper injected a sense of grandeur, while the loose furniture and lush greenery maintained a welcoming vibe. With the future in mind, a new kitchen bench top, sink and tap were installed to provide long-lasting value for the tenant.

Defined by its sun-soaked positioning and open-plan layout, this design embraces existing elements to capitalise on the true potential of the space.
