Dean and Ling Offices

A key part of this brief was creating an impressive front-of-house to suit Dean and Ling’s high-end clientele. To do this, Urban Group designed a space that combines welcoming accents such as brick wallpaper with minimalist modern lighting and décor.

To take the client experience further, we positioned the kitchen off the entry which allows for easy client entertainment outside of the boardroom.

The boardroom makes the most of its beautiful city views with two seating areas, suitable for either a formal meeting or casual catch-up. The black ceiling tiles in this room also create a sophisticated mood while assisting with acoustics for a better meeting space.
