The project features a warm, contemporary and inviting colour palette, combining natural timber finishes, soft neutrals, charcoal accents and rich burgundy upholstery. The contrast between the bold seating and understated architectural finishes creates a modern workplace that feels welcoming, functional and sophisticated.

A cohesive material palette brings together light oak timber, warm ivory finishes, soft grey textiles and charcoal accents, with rich burgundy upholstery introducing a distinctive focal point throughout the tenancy.

Timber-look wall battens provide texture and warmth, while terrazzo-look vinyl flooring introduces subtle pattern and visual interest within the communal areas. The transition to soft grey carpet in the workspaces creates a clear distinction between different functional zones while maintaining a consistent design language.

Within the meeting room, soft beige vertical acoustic wall treatments introduce texture, warmth and architectural interest while enhancing acoustic comfort. The subtle linear detailing creates a sophisticated backdrop, complemented by a rounded timber meeting table and warm tan upholstered chairs that bring a sense of softness and comfort to the space.

A decorative glass pendant light provides a warm focal point, adding a refined, residential-inspired element to the contemporary setting. Positioned alongside full-height perimeter glazing, the meeting room benefits from abundant natural light and views of the surrounding cityscape and greenery. Black-framed glass partitions provide separation from the adjoining workplace while maintaining visual connection and a sense of openness.

Together, these materials and architectural details create a balanced interior that feels contemporary, comfortable and thoughtfully considered.

The redesigned tenancy prioritises functionality and flexibility, making better use of the available floor area while creating a more connected and efficient working environment.
