Zero Latency

An exciting fitout for an international pioneer of virtual reality entertainment in Newstead, Brisbane.

Zero Latency creates VR experiences for gamers internationally. For their new venue in Newstead, Urban Group was brought on board to create a functional space for staff and customers that lets Zero Latency’s technology do the talking. We worked directly with their team to create their fitout which included a ‘Donning’ and ‘Doffing’ area where customers pick up and take off their VR equipment. A large game space was also created by removing the level one floor. The destruction of this flooring was an important step in the fitout which allowed us to open up the high ceilings so Zero Latency could provide a great VR experience.

To add a techy touch, LED blue strip lighting and custom graphics (handpainted by Zero Latency) in the game area were used to produce the right atmosphere for their fun and engaging activities.
