601 Coronation Drive

We designed three suites for 601 Coronation Drive which combine natural finishes with clean modern angles

Suite 1C: Due to the tenancy being small, long and narrow in size, it was important to create the illusion of space and width. We therefore used lots of fresh, light colours and pastels with black accents. We also orientated the flooring to give the illusion of space. For a small tenancy, it is packed with interesting design elements, including a copper piping lighting feature that connects the front to the kitchen in a subtle way.

Suite 1D: An inviting space with lots of natural finishes and textures created with the wall and floor finishes. It connects with nature with the inclusions of flax wallpaper, dark green tones and artificial plants. Oak timber look laminates and oatmeal hues create a nice open space but with warmth. Black accents give it a modern edge.

Suite 5C: A bright open space with a modern edge. We wanted plywood to feature heavily in this space, with angles being a key design element. This is represented in angled VJ doors and angled ply wall panelling. A rope feature screen to the kitchen helps delineate the space from the open office, whilst still allowing light to filter throughout and maximise the view.
