SSKB wanted a colourful, unique, and inspiring office punctuated with numerous design features to make the space stand out.

Body corporate management company, SSKB, wanted a space packed with design features that would stand out and inspire. Urban Group was brought on to help achieve this ambitious vision.

The main design features include: a feature arch opening in the lift lobby, custom joinery throughout the office (including the lockers), feature brick tile cladding in the breakout area and cladded column and feature battens through the middle of the tenancy. The design also includes various feature carpets and concrete-look paint throughout, as well as stone bench tops and black paint feature arches in the kitchen.

The tenants were involved throughout the entire process to ensure each distinctive feature was integrated in a way that met client expectations and contributed to an overall harmonious design.
